Kyle Lang is a studio photographer and printmaker from New Jersey. Early in his career he was awarded an artist grant from the Princeton Area Community Foundation which was used to hone his skills in the darkroom. Immediately following his research, he attended an artist residency at Typa Print and Paper Museum in Estonia, where he learned about historic photographic printmaking processes. Drawn to the tangible nature of these techniques, he began to incorporate them as visual elements in his studio practice.
